Terms of Use for the Perpetuum Capital Ltd. ISO 27001 Tool – (the “Tool”).<\/strong><\/p>

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Tool developed by Perpetuum Capital Ltd. (“Provider” or “we”). The following terms are binding for all users of the Tool (“Users” or “Buyers”). By purchasing and using the Tool, the User agrees to these Terms.<\/p>

  1. License
    a. License Grant<\/strong>: The Provider grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Tool in conjunction with Microsoft Excel. This license entitles the User to use the Tool for personal or business purposes.
    b. Ownership Rights<\/strong>: The Provider reserves all rights, title, and interests in and to the Tool, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.<\/li>
  2. Limitations
    <\/strong>The User agrees not to:
    a. decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to reveal the source code of the Tool;
    b. translate the Tool or create derivative works from it;
    c. rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, or otherwise commercially use or transfer the Tool.

  3. Usage Authorization and Download<\/strong>
    a. Usage Authorization<\/strong>: The User is authorized to download the Tool from our website and install it on their own devices after a successful purchase.
    b. Download Restrictions<\/strong>: The Tool can be downloaded a maximum of three times from the same email address within 24 hours after purchase. We recommend creating a backup copy of the downloaded Tool, as we do not allow further downloads after reaching the maximum number of downloads or after 24 hours have passed after purchase.<\/li>
  4. Disclaimer of Warranty
    <\/strong>The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranty. The Provider assumes no responsibility or liability for the functionality, accuracy, or suitability of the Tool for any specific purpose.<\/li>
  5. Copyright Notice
    <\/strong>The User acknowledges and accepts that all copyright notices and indications of intellectual property rights attached to or appearing on the Tool shall not be removed, modified, or concealed.<\/li>
  6. Changes and Updates
    <\/strong>The Provider reserves the right to change or update the Tool and these Terms at any time. It is the User’s responsibility to regularly review these terms.<\/li>
  7. Consent to Privacy Policy
    <\/strong>By purchasing and using the Tool, the User agrees to the Provider’s privacy policy<\/a> as published on the website.

    <\/strong>For questions, support, or inquiries related to the Tool, the User can use our contact form.

  9. Final Provisions
    <\/strong>These Terms are subject to the laws of Malta. Any legal disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
    The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these Terms does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.<\/li><\/ol>

    By purchasing and using the Tool, the User agrees to these Terms.
