Incomplete Downloads: In the event that a download of the Tool is not completed in full, the buyer may re-download the Tool, provided that this is possible within the download limitations as set forth in the terms of use.

Damaged Files: If the downloaded Tool is damaged or non-functional for any reason, the buyer will be entitled to re-download the Tool a maximum of two times, provided this is possible within the download limitations.
